The technical support sites of Nikon Europe and Nikon USA have posted the results of compatibility tests that the company has conducted with Intel-based Macs and Nikon software. Of special note is the company's statement that Nikon Capture 4.2 and later cannot be installed on Intel-based Macs and that Nikon is "investigating the possibility" of including support for Intel Macs in Capture 4. |

Lorenzo Gasperini of the MAC Group, the U.S. distributor of LPA Design's PocketWizard line of radio triggering devices, says the Plus II is now on its way to dealers in the U.S. Shipments have been made to all of the bigger pro photo retailers intending to carry the new model, says Gasperini, which should put it on dealer shelves widely as soon as next week. |
